Something not right or unhappy with your purchase?  No worries I'm here to help!  

We offer Free Return Shipping on purchases provided a return request notification is received within 14 days of delivery.  All requests can be submitted via our self-service return portal.

Submit a return/refund request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or click on the Log in link below too request a return.

1.  Log in to your account: 

    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit              verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note with details/reason for return.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

After the product is returned and inspected for final approval* (refer damaged/faulty items heading for more detail), you will receive a store credit.




Please note:

Returns/Refunds for 'Change of mind' after shipping has been fulfilled will be considered providing notice is received within 2 days of receiving your package and all items are returned within 5 days.  

Cost of return shipping is at buyers expense

This return request is subject to return conditions and a 10% admin fee will be deducted from refund amount which does not include postage cost.    

Once items are received back and inspected.  Any items that show signs of use or wear may not be accepted, items removed from original packaging where applicable is permitted. 
 


Damage or faulty items

Products are check without removing them from original sealed packaging to ensure they are not damaged or show any obvious signs of defect at time of receipt from the manufacturer or wholesaler.    

However I am human...  if you can please inspect your order when received to ensure I have not missed anything.

In certain circumstances if item/s cannot be repaired or replaced,  under Australian Consumer Law I will provide a store credit for item cost only.

Excluding - jewellery items that have been damage intentionally or breakage due to incorrect usage will not be accepted.
If you receive the wrong item in error,  please get in touch and we can work together to sort it out.
 


Items not eligible for return

Certain types of items cannot be returned (Genuine and Imitation Leather).  

As genuine leather or leather products (Necklaces / bracelets) act like skin and they are not completely waterproof.            

Due to pours in the leather, it can trap and absorb small amounts of water, perspiration (but not limited to) and odours when coming into direct contact with human skin.

Taking this into consideration,  these products cannot be returned.  Please choose these items with care.
